The Board will be having a Special Board Meeting on Saturday June 13, 2026 to discuss very important items. You are welcome to join and listen. Discussion and votes will be limited to Board members only. Due to the sensitive nature of some discussions and decisions, the Board will go into executive session at the end.

Dear Sierra Crest Members,
We have not been able to communicate with you again via our official email due to the fact that we do not have full control of our email system. The Receiver still has to provide real time access and we are working on obtaining it.
In the meantime, we wanted to notify you that at the last Board meeting the Board selected officers and heads of Committees. The attached preliminary Meeting Minutes were prepared and will be voted on at the next Board meeting which will be announced shortly.

On May 15, 2026, the Receiver appointed by the Court announced the election results. The 7 Board members duly elected for the 2026-2028 period are: Alex Barron, Jorge Sanchez, Ruth Ojeda, Paco Wong, Reuben Ramos, Suzanne de Oliveira, and Eduardo Mendoza. The Board will be having their organizational meeting on Thursday June 4, 2026 at 11:00am via zoom. You are invited to attend and listen.
